The most representative and biggest trophy subspecies, with a characteristic lyre-shaped trophy.
It is one of the most sought-after trophies and little permits are allowed in the national reserve, therefore its price is the highest in Spain.
The hunting area is the Sierra de Gredos, an environment of great beauty and areas of great harshness, sometimes requiring the use of horses. Spectacular hunting just 2 hours from Madrid. It can also be hunted in free range private areas, where also big trophies are harvested.
During the rutting season it is common to see animals fighting and showing off their spectacular dark coats.

SUBSPECIES SPANISH IBEX
BECEITE
Known for its large body size and its long, open, “aero plane” shaped horns. It lives in the great mountains of Teruel.
SIERRA NEVADA
It is characterized by its backwards horn in the shape of a lyre. It lives in the mountains of Sierra Nevada (Granada).
RONDA
Smaller subspecies, characterized by its long, closed horn. It mainly inhabits the area of Ronda (Malaga).
BECEITE
Known for its large body size and its long, open, “aero plane” shaped horns. It lives in the great mountains of Teruel.
SIERRA NEVADA

The aim is to shoot the four subspecies of ibex in Spain.
Many foreign hunters come to our country with the objective of shooting the four males in a determined number of days.
Being a totally different morphology as far as horn is concerned and a different location and type of hunting, it has become a challenge and objective for both foreign and national hunters.
We have permits in the best areas to shoot measurable and representative animals. This has allowed us to obtain the Grand Slam of mountain goat in repeated occasions achieving the happiness of the hunter.
